Grumpy Old Man
We were on the boat out on Keuka Lake and stopped at a local restaurant. Drew, my-father-in-law asked the bartender for "A Beer". Not knowing what flavor to serve him, the bartender asked again, "What can I get you, Sir?" Again, Drew said he just wanted "A Beer". Confused, the bartender looked at me and at this point, I suggested a popular light lager. Drew was good with the selection, quickly drank it and said "That hit the spot and it is time to get back out on the boat".
So, in memory of Drew and the fun we had that day, we created a light refreshing American Lager called "A Beer".
Great beer for a day on the boat, sitting by the pool, or just enjoying a few with friends.
She Wanted to Be a Red Head
We were going for an Irish red ale, but due to some ingredient
substitutions, we ended up making a cross between an Irish Red Ale and a Brown Ale. The result was a brown copper colored beer with carmel malt and red ale characteristics
Shallow Waters IPA
Don't let this IPA fool you, a double Dry Hopped IPA but at only 4% ABV, An IPA brewed for hanging out and enjoying more than one.
Hazy Crazy - Kolsch Style
